The ‘Puppet’ We Call Democracy

It is funny how we get up each day and complain about what we have and what we don’t have. I pause to think on the fact that there are so many people in so many places in this world that are suffering right now. A few such examples: 

1. The people in section of Syria are suffering because their own government turned against them because they felt like they have had enough of the lack of democracy and the decades of dictatorship they have had to endure.

2. People in Somalia have been going through terrible times for decades now. Children keep dying and yet the country is supposed to be an independent nation that should look out and care for it’s people. Democracy has been stolen by thugs and hoodlums in the form of terrorists an corrupt and greedy people.
