Artiste to Watch: Mr. Chicken

Known in the streets as Mr. Chicken, the upcoming rapper who frequents New York City but resides in New Jersey has been on the grind. The artiste who is now signed to YCN is known for his street anthem, ‘Never Could’and’Forever.’

These singles, which arguably helped him gain notoriety and a record deal with YCN, have positioned him for future success. His latest project, “Therapy For Her” is a modern-day rapper’s love anthem.  The 13-track compilation, released just in time for Valentine’s Day 2023, speaks to the artiste’s softer side, not often explored by rappers in such density.

From the initial track ‘Number 1 Fan’ to ‘Walk out My Life’, Mr. Chicken takes you on a musical journey. Cruising down the Belt Parkway heading to Newark, vocalizing your emotions with your partner riding shotgun; ‘Therapy For Her’ is a picturesque musical experience, in my opinion.

His single ‘Forever’ was also remixed and featured on Coke Boys 6: Money Heist Edition featuring French Montana and DJ Drama compilation.
